We had a complete septic tank meltdown/crisis two days before Christmas - with 12 people staying in the house/cottage. The agent for my system couldn't help and I turned to the web where, thank goodness, I came across WTE.
Although officially closed for Christmas, Maureen was fantastic - by far and away the most knowledgeable and helpful person I spoke to (and I had tried several people!). The most incredible part, is that my system isn't even sold by WTE, but Maureen knew exactly how it worked and correctly identified what the problem was. She told me who to contact to fix it and even rang me back 20 minutes later with another piece of cost-saving advice.
Maureen, I cannot thank you enough, and I cannot recommend you enough to others thinking of using WTE. I wish we had found you when we put our new system in 7 years ago.

I have just had a falcon 6 installed by Gavin & crew ,due to the high water table my old septic tank had failed Gavin advised me the only solution was to go for a watertreatment plant,from the initial meeting through to completion,Gavin was extremely attentative he kept me informed through out & was able to overcome the problem of running sand /water that was found as the hole was being dug out to accomodate the falcon,although this did affect the overall costings as shuttering etc was needed,I am very pleased with the work carried out Gavin & his crew were efficient & polite & left my garden tidy I would recommend his firm without hesitation,

As yet have not employed WTE Ltd as I am in the processing of an ongoing argument with a housing association who owns one house in our row. I first contacted WTE a year ago and got some very sound advice and a lesson in STP's and what I needed to look out for. Hopefully, we will eventually be able to employ WTE to do the job - they are my trusted choice simply based on how helpful they have been.

Just to say a BIG Thank You to James and Gavin for their help and advice.Had problem with drains smell in bathroom-thought it was Durgo Valve - happened to mention that shower / bath not used much -only used by visitors-and immediately told that problem was probably water evaporated from trap in bath-hence smell. Ran water as advised-PROBLEM SOLVED!!!Also advised that Durgo not suitable for septic tank and advice given-will sort.When septic tank needs replacing will come back to you without hesitation to replace.Fantastic helpful website and loved the invitation to call rather than e-mail.Thank you so much.

I was quoted £10,500 for a new Klagester sewage plant installation for my cottage in Wales. I came accross WTE on the internet and bought a Vortex instead. They gave me the name of a trusted local installer and the whole job ended up costing only £4800 instead! I couldn't be happier with both the Vortex and the installer. He left the garden looking very tidy and the Vortex is performing great with no smell at all, unlike my old septic tank.

What great, down to earth advice I got from WTE. They were the only company I have spoken to that actually made sense.
Another company I spoke to talked complete rubbish, telling me that sewage treatment plant blowers could be solar powered!. As I found out later from a solar company, this is impossible - they were just trying to sell me a plant and with wte's advice, I don't need a new plant at all!

I called and spoke with Gavin Webb regarding the potential replacement of my septic tank with a sewage treatment plant. I was given honest open information and finished the conversation discussing rain water harvesting as I decided, with gavin's help and input, that I shall not be buying a sewage treatment plant for no other reason than my existing system works fine and is low cost for maintenance and sludge removal.

I cannot reccommend anyone enough to WTE Ltd. I wish I had found Mrs Webb's expertise many years ago.
In common with many other owners of packaged treatment plants, over the years I have received much conflicting and poor advice. Mrs Webb listened to my problems, understood fully and gave clear sensible advice to deal with an issue. The industry knowledge WTE Ltd have is frankly awesome. If you are installing a plant or have problems, employ them if you possibly can!

WTE are not only expertly knowledgeable in their field they are very honest and good at explaining things in layman's terms.
There is no hard sell with WTE and every effort is made to keep costs low. My experience of this business is most companies take commercial advantage of customers who find themselves in a vulnerable position with a failed system. WTE does not.

As a result of your excellent advice, we are now able to make more confident judgments about the drainage systems that we see during our house hunting trips.
Given that fosse septiques are not cheap either to repair or replace, the above phone call has probably saved us thousands of euros and you don't even sell to France!
